Ostrea Rates
Below you will find some general information on reservations, booking options and prices. If you have any questions or remarks, please feel free to contact us.

Rates:
There are three different pricelists, one for each type of apartment:

Rental rates include:
  • One set of bed linen per person.
  • Tourist tax.
  • Cost of water and electricity.

Renting period:
There are three different time frames for renting an apartment (with the exception of the summer months, during which only weekly rental is possible from Friday till Friday or from Saturday till Saturday):
  • A week (from Friday till Friday, from Saturday till Saturday or from Monday till Monday).
  • A midweek (from Monday till Friday).
  • A weekend (from Friday till Monday).

Deposit:
You are required to pay a deposit of € 50,00 upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you/reduced from your account if the apartment is left clean and without damages.

Trip Cancellation Insurance:
Trip Cancellation Insurance provides coverage for your apartment rental upon cancellation. This insurance pays a specified amount for your lodging expenses. The fee for the trip cancellation insurance will be 4,5% of the total amount (please specify when booking if you require a trip cancellation insurance, at least within 7 days from date of booking).

Furniture for children:
An extra bed and high chair for small children can be provided without extra charge (please specify when booking).

Babysitter:
Do you need a babysitter? We can arrange it for you.

Arrival/Departure:
The apartment will be available at 15:00 hours on the day of arrival and will have to be cleared at 10:00 hours on the day of departure. Please notify our reception desk in case arrival will take place after 17:00 hours, so the transfer of the apartment key can be arranged.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in a limited number of apartments at a surcharge of € 10,00 per midweek or weekend or € 20,00 per week with a maximum of one pet per apartment.

Towels and bed linen:
Upon request towels and/or extra bed linens are supplied for use in your apartment. The available sets are:

  • A set of 1 bath towel, 1 regular towel and 1 washing-glove € 3,75.
  • A set of 2 tea towels and 1 kitchen cloth € 2,75.
  • A set of bed linen € 7,50.

Launderette:
The launderette is situated near the reception desk. You can purchase coins for the dryer and washer at the reception desk.

Preferences:
You might prefer a specific apartment or location within Ostrea (if available). A few options are (please specify when booking):
  • One storey apartment or maisonnette.
  • Preference for ground floor or higher level.
  • The same apartment as previously.

Reservationcost:
We charge € 8,50 per booking when making a reservation.

Discount:
For a reservation of a stay of 2 weeks or longer in one apartment, you will receive a discount of:
  • € 50,00 for a 2-room apartment.
  • € 66,00 for a 3-room apartment.
  • € 80,00 for a penthouse.
