The front door is on the first floor of the complex, which is accessible via a generous spiral staircase. Behind the front door is a staircase to the apartment on the second floor.

Wireless internet is available in the apartment free of charge via a password. For weekly rentals, the changeover days are on Friday.

The total apartment covers approximately 65 m2 and has a spacious living room, large bedroom, spacious bathroom with modern bathroom furniture, bath, sink and shower cabin.

Adjacent to the living room a bedroom with two single beds including duvets. There is an open kitchen, equipped with all modern conveniences with Siemens appliances such as dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven and air extraction system. Also a microwave is not missing.

In the hallway is the separate toilet including sink and mirror. A large Sony Bravia TV with Chromecast and DVD player including a collection of DVD films and a stereo system are available.

Spacious, sunny and covered balcony with comfortable garden chairs, a dining table and made cozy with the help of artificial plants.
