Apartment 01

Apartment 01 is a spacious, comfortable and cozy 5 star apartment with afternoon and evening sun on the large terrace. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for one or two couples or a family.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is barrier-free. The apartment has free wireless internet (WiFi) via a password. For weekly rentals in high season, the changeover days are on Saterday.

The total apartment covers approximately 85 square meters. It is equipped with PVC. The bathroom has been recently renovated and offers a floor-level shower and a double sink. The two bedrooms, the living room, the bathroom and the separate toilet can be reached via the hallway.

One bedroom has a double bed with a width of 160 cm, the other bedroom has two single beds, each 90 cm x 200 cm. All beds have single duvets.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There is a sofa, dining area and multimedia corner in the living room.

The partly covered terrace offers plenty of space and is equipped with a large garden table and 6 chairs. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
