Apartment 78

Apartment 78 is a stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment of approximately 85 m², located on the second floor of the Ostrea complex on Ameland. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. It can accommodate up to five guests and is ideal for one or two couples or a family. The apartment is all on one level and can be reached by stairs or elevator.

The apartment features a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which has its own washbasin, a spacious bathroom with a shower, washbasin and second toilet, as well as a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms each have two single box-spring beds. An additional single bed is available for the fifth guest. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and fan-assisted oven. From the living room, you have direct access to the large 50 m² rooftop terrace, which enjoys morning, afternoon and evening sunshine. The terrace is furnished with garden chairs and a table. It offers a beautiful view of the dunes and the beach access at Nes, making it the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal outdoors.

Bicycle racks and a large parking area are available around the complex. The complex also features a cosy lounge with a reading table, comfortable seating and books that guests can borrow free of charge. An information board provides useful tips and information for your stay.

The apartment is located just 150 metres from the beach and within walking or cycling distance of the centre of Nes. The surrounding area is ideal for beautiful walks and cycling trips.

For weekly rentals during the high season, changeover days are on Saturdays.
